All things have a beginning, and this seems like a fitting title for my first blog.

As anyone who reads this will probably know, I am going to Singapore next Thursday the 9th of November. People keep asking me questions that I will post here and answer once and for all

Are you excited? Holy hell batman! This is absolutely a dream come true
What will you do there (in terms of work)? The same thing I do in Ohio. I don't wana be a work talker so if you wana know more your gona have to ask.
What will you do there (in terms of everything else)? Who knows, that’s why its so exciting!
Where are you staying? Right down the street from Orchard Road. From what I can gather it is where all the shopping and ritzy stuff is. This isn't really my scene so I hope I like it ok. The complex does look nice though, I just hope its not filled with stuffy socialites.
Do you get a car? Obviously a Rolls-Royce company car, which is to say a bus pass.
Do you think you will come home with a wife? Well, my grandmother said she thought I would be an old bachelor, which I took as a compliment, and I don't see that changing. Who knows though, apparently it happens there a lot...
Will you miss everyone? I already am.
What about your house? Don't break in, and if you see water coming out the windows please call the water company.
Are you scared? I think I am dealing with the fact this could be really hard from a personal perspective seeing as though 12 hours and 6,000 miles will be separated by from anyone I know. Scared, of course but not anywhere near the point that it makes me apprehensive. I guess to do something like this you sorta have to be ready to face the facts and deal with things as the come and not worry about what could or might happen.
Can people come visit? YES!! Please do!

Well, that’s about it for now. I just got one of my many steps down, now I have to figure out a place to put pictures.
